We use black tulle with two layers of teal colored nylon chiffon ruffles. Great for dressing up your pet for a birthday party, a wedding or any special event.

All pet tutus have about a 4" gap (depending on size) at the belly to prevent soiling. Each tutu is sewn and not knotted.
We can modify any design to suit your needs; we change tulle colors, add embellishments or mix & match.
