Returns:
• Prior to returning the items, please contact Make a Tail Wag in order to obtain a return
authorization number.
• Your return must be postmarked within 7 days
from the date you receive your order.
• Insure and return your package with a shipper
who utilizes tracking information, as we cannot
be held liable for lost/damage/stolen packages.
• Return the unused product in its original packaging
*Tags must be intact*.
• Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and
return shipping is at the purchaser's expense.
• All merchandise returns can be processed for
store credit only. Product must be un-opened
and in original condition and returned within 7 days
from the date your received your order.
Undeliverable Packages
• Failed Delivery Attempts. If no one is present
to accept the delivery the package will be returned
to us and can be reshipped at the purchaser's expense. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and
refunds are processed for store credit only.
Incorrect Address
• If the address is incorrect or outdated the
package is typically returned to us by the carrier.
Order can be reshipped at the purchaser's expense
or refunded for store credit.
• We are not responsible for incorrect
addresses given, refused shipments, and/or
unclaimed shipments.
Order Cancellation
• You can cancel your order within 24 hours
of placement for a full refund.
Payments
• Bounced checks will be assessed a $30.00 charge.
• Must be a licensed business by the state &
city you are doing business in. You may not
purchase wholesale from Make a Tail Wag if
you are not a licensed business. Doing so is
punishable by the law.
• No Minimum. Big or small we value your order!
• Usually ships within 1 weeks.
• eBay®sales for Make a Tail Wag wholesale
orders is prohibited.
